1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

As we operate on a cash on delivery basis, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • If the item is returned before payment, no charges will apply.

  • If payment was made and the return is approved, we will issue your refund in cash at the time of pickup or via a method we will coordinate with you directly.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery issues

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Customized or final-sale products

5. Damaged or Defective Items
